WGTR Membership
To join the Wig Genius Training Room Facebook group, you must have purchased our Raw and Virgin Hair Vendor List. There are no refunds. To cancel your membership, please send us an email. To read the details of the group, please click here.

Classes
There are no refunds on class deposits. Deposits are not transferable or refundable. To reschedule your class, you must send an email 48 hours prior to your class date. To read class details, please click here.

Vendor Lists and Ebooks
Our ebooks and vendor lists are digital products. You will be able to download your digital product immediately after purchase. If you have issues with your download, check your email for a copy or send us an email with your order number. Please read the description of each product before purchasing. There are no refunds.

All wig services require approval before purchasing. You will be given special instructions via email. We are not responsible for lost packages. There are no refunds.
